1. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our online booking engine, WhatsApp, phone, or third-party platforms such as Booking.com. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Finca La Vertiente.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 10:00 AM. Special time requests are subject to availability and must be coordinated in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged in full.

4. House Rules

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Children under 5 years old are not admitted as guests.
  • We do not have cable TV service.
  • Guests are required to maintain a quiet environment for the rest of all guests.
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.

5. Included Services

The accommodation rate includes: continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, semi-covered parking, pool access (seasonal), board games, and library. Additional services such as grill, lunches, dinners, and transfers have an extra cost and must be requested in advance.

6. Liability

Finca La Vertiente is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions with their personal belongings.

7. Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, or equipment of the property during their stay.

8. Modifications

Finca La Vertiente reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on this website.
